4 hard boiled eggs


1/2 Tbsp vinegar

3-4 Tbsp mayonnaise

1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard paste

Crushed black peppercons

Tabasco sauce


Fresh parsley leaves


In a sauce pan, boil enough water. add 1/2 Tbsp vinegar, add salt, add 4 eggs and boil for 13 minutes.

(2) Once the eggs are hard boiled, place it under a tap of really cold water and peel it.

(3) With a sharp knif cut the eggs in half and remove the egg yolks in a separate bowl, set aside.

(4) Now, add 1/2 dijon mustard paste, add salt, add 3-4 Tbsp mayonnaise, add few drops of tabasco sauce and add crushed peppercorns to the bowl of egg yolks and mash well to form a smooth mixture.

(5) Fill the stuffing in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle with the egg yolks mixture, fill out on top of empty egg white shells carefully.

(6) Lastly, garnish with salsa and fresh parsley leaves on top.

(7) Serve your delicious DEVILED EGGS.
