Avocado Ice Cream Recipe

INGREDIENTS -

2 avocados

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 cups (480ml) heavy cream

DIRECTIONS

(1) Cut both the avocados into pieces.

(2) Now, remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh.

(3) In a blender, add avocados, add 1 Tbsp lemon juice, add 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk and blend them well.

(4) Now, take a large bowl. add 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream. whip to stiff peaks.

(5) Add the avocado mixture to the bowl of whipped cream. Mix well until no white streaks remain.

(6) Transfer the mixture to a container. cover the container with a lid.

(7) Now, keep the container in the refrigerator and freeze for at least 8 hours.

(8) Serve your delicious AVOCADO ICE CREAM.
