Green Chutney Recipe


1 inch chopped ginger

2-3 green chillies

2-3 garlic cloves

1 Tbsp split bengal gram


1 Tbsp sugar

1/2 cup mint leaves

1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves

Black salt

1/2 lemon or lime juice

2 Tbsp water


(1) In a blender, add 1 inch chopped ginger, add 2-3 green chillies, add 2-3 garlic cloves, add 1 Tbsp split bengal gram, add salt, add 1 Tbsp sugar and grind it to a fine mixture.

(2) Now, open the blender and add 1/2 cup mint leaves, add 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, add black salt, add 1/2 lemon or lime juice, add 2 Tbsp water and grind it to a fine paste.

(3) Transfer the GREEN CHUTNEY to a bowl.

(4) Serve your delicious GREEN CHUTNEY.
