Crispy Vegetables Recipe

INGREDIENTS

9-10 button mushrooms

6-7 babycorn

1/2 medium yellow bell peppers

1/2 green capsicum

1/2 medium red bell peppers

1 onion

Oil

Salt

Crushed black peppercorns

2 Tbsp refined flour

2 Tbsp cornflour

Water

1 Tbsp chopped garlic

1 Tbsp chopped celery

1/2 red chillies

1/2 green chillies

1 Tbsp red chilli paste

1 Tbsp tomato ketchup

DIRECTIONS

(1) First, chopped all the vegetables into bigger pieces.

(2) In a large bowl, add 9-10 chopped buttons mushrooms, add 6-7 chopped babycorn, add 1/2 chopped medium yellow bell peppers, add 1/2 chopped green capsicum, add 1/2 chopped medium red bell peppers, add 1 medium onion(Remember: you just need to open up the layers of the onion), add little salt to taste, add little bit of crushed black peppercorns, add 2 Tbsp refined flour, add 2 Tbsp cornflour, add water as you required. Mix well.

(3) Now, in a frying pan, heat enough oil. add the vegetables and deep fry it. set aside if the vegetables are done.

(4) In a separate frying pan, add 2 Tbsp oil and heat it. add 1 Tbsp chopped garlic, 1 Tbsp chopped celery, 1/2 red or green chillies, 2 spring onions and saute for a minute.

(5) Now, add 1 Tbsp red chilli paste, add 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup. saute for another half a minute. and add all the fried vegetables. Mix well.

(6) Serve your delicious CRISPY VEGETABLES.
