INGREDIENTS -

200 grams broccoli florets

1 potato

2 cups water

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

Salt

1 cup milk

1 Tbsp corn flour

1 Tbsp butter

Cheese

DIRECTIONS

(1) First, in a pan, add 1 diced potato, add 1 chopped onion, add 1 clove of garlic(cut it into half), add 2 cups of water, add salt. Boil it for 9-10 minutes.

(2) Now, cut the broccoli into small florets and wash it in cold water.

(3) After 9-10 minutes, add 200 grams of broccoli florets to the pan. Stir well. cook for another 4-5 minutes.

(4) Now, after 4-5 minutes keep the pan aside and let the pan cools down for 10-15 minutes.

(5) To make the white sauce, In a sauce pan, add 1 cup milk, add 1 Tbsp corn flour, add 1 Tbsp butter and heat it. Stir well until the milk starts thickening.

(6) Now, the vegetables are cooled down. grind the vegetables with a hand blender into smooth puree.

(7) Add the broccoli stir with white sauce into the sauce pan. Mix well and bring it to boil.

(8) Transfer the soup in a large bowl.

(9) Now, garnish the soup with few strands of cheese and with few remaining broccoli florets.

(10) Serve hot.
