Tandoori Salmon Recipe

INGREDIENTS -

410 grams boneless salmon fish 

1 cup hung yogurt

1 Tbsp red chilli powder

1 Tbsp ginger paste

1 Tbsp garlic paste

Salt

1 Tbsp fenugreek leaves powder

1 Tbsp garam masala powder

1 Tbsp oil

1/2 Tbsp lemon juice

3-4 cloves

1 Tbsp mustard oil

1 Tbsp ghee

1 Tbsp butter

Mint-mayonnaise chutney 

1-3 lettuce leaves

Lemon slice

Onion 

Some cress

DIRECTIONS

(1) First, prepare marinade.

(2) In a large bowl, add 1 cup of hung yogurt, add 1 Tbsp red chilli powder, add 1 Tbsp ginger paste, add 1 Tbsp garlic paste, some salt, 1 Tbsp garam masala powder, add 1 Tbsp fenugreek leaves powder, add 1 Tbsp mustard oil, add 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice. Mix well.

(3) Now, take the boneless salmon and cut it into small, medium pieces.

(4) Add the salmon fish into marinade and coat it from both the sides. so, once the fish is coated, put the fish in the refrigerator for around 2 hours to marinate.

(5) Now, place a piece of coal directly on heat.

(6) Take a plate and quickly transfer it to the plate. place the marinated salmon fish on the sides of a plate and place a small steel bowl in the center(Remember: we are placing the small steel bowl in the middle of the plate just to put the hot coal)

(7) When the coal is totally hot, put it in the small steel bowl, add 3-4 cloves to the bowl, add 1 Tbsp ghee. once the smoked starts to come, cover the plate and set aside for 3 minutes.

(8) After 3 minutes remove the small steel bowl from the plate.

(9) Now, add 1 Tbsp oil in a grill pan and heat it. add 1 Tbsp butter.

(10) Gently, place the salmon fish in the grill pan and cook from both the sides for 2-4 minutes or until it turns into golden brown color.

(11) After 2-4 minutes when the fish is perfectly cooked. transfer the fish quickly to another plate.

(12) Take a plate, add 1 Tbsp mint-mayo chutney on one side and spread using a brush.

(13) Add mixed lettuce leaves.

(14) Now, gently put the salmon fish on top of the lettuce leaves. add some cress on top of the salmon fish. add lemon wedge on top.

(15) Cute the onion into rings and add on sides of the plate.

(16) Sprinkle some red chilli powder on side of the mint-mayo chutney.

(17) Serve hot.
