Cashew nuts

1 cup water



1 Tbsp ghee

1 Tbsp saffron milk

1 Tbsp cardamon powder

1/3 litre milk


(1) Take a knife and cut the sides of the breads.

(2) After cutting the sides of the breads, cut the breads diaognally.

(3) Chopped the almonds and cashews into small pieces.

(4) In a hot pan, add 1 cup water and boil it.

(5) In a boiling water, add 1/2 cup sugar. Stir well to make sugar syrup.

(6) Set aside, when the sugar syrup is ready.

(7) Take another clean pan and add 1 Tbsp ghee and heat it. add chopped almonds, cashews.

(8) Fry until the almonds and cashews turns into golden brown color. once fried, put aside.

(9) In a hot pan, add 1/3 litre milk and boil it.

(10) Add 1/4 cup sugar. Stir well. add 1 Tbsp saffron milk. add 1 Tbsp cardamon powder. Stir well(Remember: this is called rabri).

(11) Now, fry the pieces of breads in oil until it turns into golden brown color.

(12) Dip the fried breads in sugar syrup and put aside.

(13) Now, in a large plate. put all the breads systematically and pour rabri in each of the breads.

(14) Decorate the plate with fried almonds and cashews.

(15) Serve your delicious SHAHI TUKDA.
