Russian Salad 

INGREDIENTS -


3 potatoes 

2 carrots

Pineapple 

French beans

Green peas 

Salt

Black pepper

Mayonnaise 

DIRECTIONS

(1) Cut potatoes into cubes and transfer to cold water.

(2) Cut carrots into cubes.

(3) Cut 3/4 cup pineapple into cubes.

(4) Cut 1/2 cup french beans.

(5) Now add the carrots in a frying pan and bring it to boil for 2 minutes.

(6) Transfer the boiled carrots to separate bowl.

(7) Add 1/2 cup french beans in a frying pan and bring it to boil for another 2 minutes(Keep it mind that we have to boil carrots, french beans and green peas separately)

(8) Transfer the boiled french beans to separate bowl.

(9) Add 1/2 cup green peas in a frying pan and bring it to boil for 3 minutes.

(10) Transfer the boiled green peas to separate bowl.

(11) Add the potatoes in a frying pan and bring it boil for 3 minutes.

(12) Now transfer all boiled vegetables and pineapple in a large separate bowl. Add pinch of salt, 1/2 Tbsp black pepper, 1 cup mayonnaise. Mix well.

(13) Serve your delicious RUSSIAN SALAD.
