Ramen Noodle Soup, how to make ramen noodles
Ramen Noodle Soup 

INGREDIENTS -

270 grams instant noodles

1 Tbsp oil

1 Tbsp minced garlic 

1/2 Tbsp minced ginger

1 red chilli 

1 onion

Button mushrooms

Salt

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp vinegar

1 Tbsp sweet red chilli sauce

1 Tbsp taste maker

1 cup chicken stock

1/2 Tbsp minced coriander leaves

2 chicken breast(You can add anything - chicken, beef, fish, mutton or you can make it vegetarian)

1/4 cup carrot strips 

1 boiled egg 

1/2 cup mixed bean sprouts 

DIRECTIONS


(1) Heat the oil in a frying pan.

(2) Add garlic, ginger, red chillies and saute until garlic turns into golden brown color.

(3) Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.

(4) Add mushrooms, Mix and saute till mushrooms release water.

(5) Add a pinch of salt and saute for 2 minutes.

(6) Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, taste maker and saute for a minute.

(7) Add 1 cup chicken stock and bring it to boil.

(8) Now, break the noodles and add to the frying pan.

(9) Add chopped coriander leaves, chicken breast. Mix well and Boil the soup.

(10) Add carrot strips, bean sprouts and mix it well.

(11) Transfer the noodles to the serving bowl and pour the soup and add the chicken breast.

(12) Decorate the noodles with the remaining onion, carrot, boiled egg, red chillies.

(13) Serve your hot delicious RAMEN NOODLE SOUP.
