Mexican Salad

INGREDIENTS -

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Coriander leaves

Garlic

Salt

2 Tbsp dried oregano

4 Tbsp lemon juice

4 Tbsp cumin powder

1/4 Tbsp chilli flakes

200 grams lettuce

Tomatoes

Corn

1/2 cup kidney beans 

Onion

Avocado

DIRECTIONS

(1) In a bowl, add 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, finely chopped coriander leaves, 3 cloves of finely minced garlic, 2 Tbsp dried oregano, 3 Tbsp lemon juice or you can add fresh lime juice, 3/4 Tbsp cumin powder, 1/4 Tbsp chilli powder, half Tbsp salt. Whisk well.

(2) Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

(3) In a bowl, add the lettuce, chopped tomatoes, corn, half cup boiled kidney beans, avocado, onion and lastly add all the dressing in the salad and toss it well.

(4) Serve your delicious MEXICAN SALAD.
