Gluten Free Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS -

11/3 cups gluten free flour blend

1 Tbsp gluten free baking powder

1/3 Tbsp xanthan gum

3/5 butter

3/5 brown sugar

2 eggs

3/5 ripened bananas

1 Tbsp vanilla

1/3 cup dark chocolate

DIRECTIONS

(1) In a large bowl, Mix all the dry ingredients. 

(2) First, add 11/3 cups gluten free flour blend, 1 Tbsp gluten free baking powder, 1/3 Tbsp xanthan gum. Mix well and set aside.

(3) In a separate bowl, 3/5 cup butter, 3/5 cup brown sugar. Mix well until it becomes limp.

(4) Now, add 2 eggs(Remember: After you add the first egg, make sure you Mix well until it becomes limp and then add your second egg. Mix well).

(5) In a separate bowl, add 3/5 ripened bananas, add 1 Tbsp vanilla. Mix well and set aside.

(6) Now, add the bowl of dry ingredients to the wet mixture. gently Mix it with a spoon. 

(7) Add banana mixture and Mix well.

(8) Add 1/3 cup dark chocolate. Mix well.

(9) Now, Transfer the mixture to a pan and put in the microwave or oven for 1 hour. 

(10) Serve your GLUTEN FREE BANANA BREAD.

(2) Banana Nut Oatmeal -


Banana Nut Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS -

1 banana

1/5 cup walnuts

1 Tbsp honey

1 cup soy milk

1 cup water 

1 cup oats

DIRECTIONS

(1) In a hot pan, boil 1 cup of water and add 1 cup oats to it. Mix well.

(2) Then, add 1 cup soy milk. Stir. 

(3) Add 1 Tbsp honey. Stir well.

(4) Now, cut the bananas into small pieces and add half of it to the pan. Boil it nicely and Stir well(Remember: You have to boil for quite longer).

(5) Transfer the hot prepared oatmeal to separate bowl and add 1/5 cup chopped walnuts. Stir well.

(6) Lastly, add few little remaining bananas on top of the oatmeal.

(7) Serve hot.
