Chicken Francaise Recipe


2 eggs



Fresh parsley

Parmesan cheese

Chicken breasts

Olive oil



Dry white wine

Minced garlic 



(1) Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and sprinkle salt and pepper on it.

(2) Chopped Parsley and add half of it to the eggs.

(3) Add grated cheese to the eggs and Mix well.

(4) Now, cut the chicken breasts in butterfly shape and beat the chicken pieces with the back of a knife to flatten them.

(5) Add Tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and slices of butter and heat it.

(6) Add 1 cup flour in a bowl.

(7) Coat both sides of the chicken with flour.

(8) Now, Dip both sides of the chicken in egg mixture.

(9) Add to the frying pan and cook for 4 minutes until it turns into brown color.

(10) Once the chicken turns into browned color. Transfer it to separate plate.

(11) Deglaze the frying pan with half glass of white wine. add minced garlic, cut lemon and add half part of juices to it. Add remaining chopped parsley.

(12) Add slices of butter in a frying pan and Mix until melted.

(13) Transfer the chicken in a frying pan and shake it well.

(14) Serve hot.
